Choir Rocks! is an exciting new choral series from Faber Music providing fantastic arrangements of contemporary classics. Under the guidance of general editor Ben Parry, all the arrangements have been flexibly written for soprano, alto and optional men, with piano accompaniment.Somebody to Love featured on Queen´s 1976 album A Day at the Races. The lyrics, especially combined with a gospel influence, create a song about faith, desperation and soul-searching. In the original version band members Freddie Mercury, Brian May and Roger Taylor multitracked their voices to recreate a 100-strong choir. Covered many times, the song has recently appeared in the popular American TV hit, Glee.
